Made To Order & Production Time

Made-to-order objects can be expected to be produced and then shipped out within a 3 to 6 week time frame. This time frame may vary per object, but will be specified in the product pages if longer is needed. If you need a rush on an order, please fill out the contact form prior to placing the order to see if Ell IX can accommodate, please note there is an additional rush fee.

Ready to Ship items typically ship within a 2 week time frame from when the order was placed.

The made-to-order objects are handmade, as such the final results will usually vary slightly piece by piece.

Shipping

Ell IX is based out of Montreal, QC, Canada.

All shipping is done via Canada Post, international (worldwide) and domestic. Shipping fees vary order to order. As per Canada Post, tracking numbers are available at an extra fee. We understand that shipping fees can deter people from placing orders, as such we’ve left tracking numbers as an optional additional expense.

All jewelry pieces are final sale. Please ensure you select the appropriate sizing prior to placing your order. 

Crystalized Objects

Crystallization is an experimental production method that is constantly evolving. Understand that these are delicate and unique pieces, care is required in the handling and wearing of these items. Due to the unpredictable nature of this technique, the final result will vary piece by piece.  Avoid placing these pieces in contact with heat, especially hot water. The Ell IX brand is not liable for damage to items that were not properly cared for.
